2. What We Own

Our creative artist collective owns the name and intellectual property associated with the Saints and Sinners project. This includes but is not limited intellectual property related to the smart contracts, implementation of ultimatum games, tokens, design process, logos, trademarks, websites, possible future merchandising, user interface, and anything else not explicitly granted as part of the NFT sale.

3. What You Own

As an owner of a Saints and Sinners NFT, you own the NFT itself and its art. You can use the art as a profile, merchandise your NFT image, and verifiably retain ownership of the NFT on the blockchain.

4. No Guarantees or Future Promises

The full price of purchase for a single Saints and Sinners NFT is only in exchange for ownership of the NFT itself. There is no guarantee that future events and experiences in the Saints and Sinners community will be realized, and these future events and experiences are completely ancillary to this initial transaction.

5. Investing in NFTs

NFTs are not guaranteed to go up in value, and you understand that your purchase of an NFT is for the collectible itself.

6. Taxes
